What I love about November this year so far has been the beautiful sunset. I love the feeling that sunsets bring. The day is winding down, the street lights go on one by one and people are returning home after a day full of activities! It brings a sense of relief 🙂 . . Love the new cover for my Kindle! Probably how my library would look if all my Kindle books were physical 🙂 maybe one day when I have enough space this could be a reality!! . . As much as I love physical books they are hard to carry around ⚖️ the Kindle goes around with me almost everywhere I go. I also read books based on my mood so I switch a lot between books which is easier on the Kindle. I however miss the smell of books and the ability to go back a few pages whenever I need to look something up 🔍 . . Wouldn't it be cool if we could shrink physical books and could carry them around? Starting a new series called Tea Thoughts! If there's anything I love as much as books it's tea!!! 🍵📚 I buy and drink and lot of tea. I experiment quite a bit and love a good flavorful cup of tea! . . Yesterday, I went to Trader Joe's and picked up their Harvest Blend Herbal Tea! Temperatures in October in California are in the 80s which isn't making me feel like it's fall. But this tea definitely helps with that. With cinnamon, ginger, orange peel and hints of apple, it's fall in a cup! It's not very intense and the strong taste of cinnamon is balanced by the other flavors! 😍 . . Went to a book sale where tons of used books were finding new homes. Finished reading this book over my vacation last week. I started reading it without knowing what I was getting into. As I read the first few pages, I felt like that this wasn’t set in a world that we live in now and there was something abnormal when the narrator Kathy H., a thirty something “carer” started talking about “doners” and people “completing” after making three or four donations. Ever so often you read a book that have you thinking about it days and weeks after you have finished it - this is definitely one such book. I can't believe I hadn't read it sooner. . . I’m not going to get into the details of the book itself since talking about anything related to the plot would be a major spoiler.
